How do I care for my tumbler?

1.  Don't leave your tumbler in the car of set it out in full sun for extended period of time as the heat and sun can soften the coating and weaken it.  

2.  DO NOT WASH IN DISHWASHER!  Hand wash only and please don't let it soak in water.  

3.  When washing, don't use anything abrasive as it can scratch the surface of the tumbler and cause it to be "cloudy".

4.  Please don't drop or try not to bump your tumbler on hard surfaces.  The coating is strong but ideal impacts can cause it to crack or even shatter.  If you do get a crack, pour out the contents and let it dry out.  Do not wash it or get it wet because it might be repairable.  Take a picture or a video and send it to info@acupabovedesigns.com.  For a charge, I might be able to repair it.

My Current Turn Around Time is on the main page.  Please confirm before you place your order.  I will contact you when your products ships and after that, it's out of my hands and control.  If there are any problems with shipping, please contact the shipping company (USPS).
